At PhonoMart, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates—anywhere in Pakistan. Please read our shipping guidelines below.
🚚 1. Delivery Time
Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar):
2 – 4 working days
Other Cities & Towns:
3 – 6 working days
Remote Areas / Villages:
5 – 8 working days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, strikes, courier delays, or public holidays.
💵 2. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping:
Rs. 200 – Rs. 300 (depending on location & courier charges)
FREE Shipping:
On orders above Rs. 1500
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before placing the order.
💳 3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Please ensure your phone number is active so the courier can contact you if needed.
🧾 4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
🤝 5. Order Confirmation
We confirm every order via:

✔ SMS
✔ WhatsApp
If the customer is unreachable after 3 attempts, the order may be canceled.
📦 6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp so you can check delivery status anytime.
Refund & Exchange
Orders may be returned if:

Incorrect address is provided

Phone number is switched off

Customer refuses the parcel
In such cases, the customer may be required to pay redelivery charges.
❗ 9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours with:
Order number
Photos/videos of the parcel and product
We will resolve the issue promptly.
